While the price guide on our website is an excellent resource to get an idea of the cost of your job, our estimates are derived from a complex software that requires measurements to be taken on the property via an in person consultation. This, in conjunction with the selection of desired products, helps to ensure greater accuracy of your quote enabling you to make timely and informed decisions.

Our detailed estimates help drive alignment with our customers needs from the very beginning. At the time of signing, and based on the services selected, we will negotiate up to a 40%, non-refundable, down payment to cover the cost of required materials. The remaining balance will be due upon the successful completion of our work. Should additional services be added after the initial estimate is signed, we will provide you with an updated estimate with the remaining balance adjusted accordingly. Provided you decide against certain jobs, we can work with you to pro-rate the down payment you already made towards the remaining balance due at the completion of the job.
Yes! We take great pride in our work and want to make sure you are satisfied with your personalized results. While you can contact us at any time, we will also follow up with you around the 3 month mark, post job completion, to confirm your continued satisfaction of the work we completed.
If any of the products you have selected provide a manufacturer warranty, we will provide that information and advise you on how to register the product.
Let’s face it, construction projects are messy. However, we strive to minimize our mess and the disruption our services can cause you and your family. Keeping our work site organized and preparing in advance to minimize waste, dust, and other debris is part of our DNA. For multi-day projects we will consolidate our supplies into an area of your choice and clean up at the end of each day to ensure a safe and secure environment. If you have any specific needs for you and your family just let us know and we will work with you to accommodate.
